1. Sift bread flour and baking powder together. Stir in salt and castor sugar.
2. Add in grated cheese and chopped green onions.
3. Add in whipping cream. Knead to form a dough. Shape the dough into circle. Freeze.
4. Remove dough from freezer. Cut into 6 wedges, brush with milk and sprinkle with coarse sugar.
5. Bake at 180C for about 20 minutes.
