Ingredients:
Japanese Cucumber - sliced thinly and roll it up. Arrange on serving place.
Vinaigrette Dressing
Balsamic Vinegar
Lemon Juice
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Brown Sugar
Salt
Grated Ginger
Coriander (chopped)
Fresh Thyme
1. To make the dressing, just mix the above ingredients.
2. Pour dressing on cucumber rolls, sprinkle with white sesame and chili crushed, serve.
