Honey Mustand and Hot & Spicy Baked Sweed Potatoes

Peri peri extra hot baked sweet potatoes

Easy to make and yet delicious baked sweet potatoes.

Sweet potatoes (peeled)
Peri peri sauce (i used extra hot)
Fresh rosemary

Honey Mustard sauce for different flavor.

(1) Peel the potatoes, rince with salt water.
(2) Toss with the above sauce, wrap with aluminium foil.
(3) Bake at 200C for about 30-40 minutes until cooked.
(4) Serve warm.

For extra flavor, add some shredded cheese eg. mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese on the baked potatoes, put back to the oven and bake for another 1 minute until the cheese is melted.
