Mushroom Tartlet

Mushroom Tartlet

Whole grain bread, skinned, place in a cupcake mould, brush with butter and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.  Toast in preheated oven at 170C about 5 minutes or until golden brown.

Homemade Taufu Mayonnaise 

Silky taufu                      250g
Extra virgin olive oil            1 tsp
Lemon Juice                       2 tsp
Chopped Parsley                1 Tbsp
Salt & Pepper                    to taste

Shitake mushrooms, sauteed and seasoned with salt and pepper

Onion, sauteed and seasoned with salt and pepper

Place some taufu mayonnaise into the bread tartlet

Place mushroom and onion on top of mayo to make mushroom tartlet
