Mashed Sweet Potato

Mashed Sweet Potato
Sweet Potatoes (steam & mashed) - 200g
Non-dairy whipped cream - 120g
Honey - as desired
Almond nibs (lightly toast)

1. Skinned, steam & mash sweet potato.
2. Mix in non-dairy whipped cream & honey. Set aside in fridge for 30-45 minutes.
3. Scoop on plate, garnish with almond nibs. Serve.

Hi,i would like to ask,may i use coconut oil or soya to replace the fresh cream?

You can use soya milk. But coconut oil, emmmm....:)
