Veggie Patties

Veggie Patties served with baked pineapple and strawberry black pepper sauce.

Veggie Patties

Ingredients:
Potatoes (steamed and mashed) 薯泥 - 650g
Ten Grains (cooked) 十毂米 (煮熟) - 100g
Pumpkin Seeds 南瓜籽 - 40g
Shitake Mushrooms (diced and cooked) 香菇 (切丁,煮熟) - 1 pack
Straw Mushrooms (切段,拔丝) - 1 pack
Oat 麦片 - 20g
Fresh Coriander 新鲜香菜 - as desired

Seasoning 调味料: 
Salt 盐 - to taste
Black Pepper 黑胡椒 - to taste
Chili Flakes 辣椒碎 - to taste
Smoked Paprika 熏辣椒 - 1/2 tsp
Dried Parsley 香菜 - 1 tsp
Dried Thyme 麝香草 - 1/2 tsp
Dried Oregano 牛至 - 1/4 tsp
Corn Flour 玉米粉 - 1 Table Spoon
Egg White 蛋白 - 1 

*You can always use your own seasoning to give different flavor to the patties.
可随意变化自己喜欢的调味料。不喜欢香草的话可以不放,只用盐和胡椒就很入味了。
*You can also shape the patties into different sizes for different dishes eg. rendang, curry, sweet & sour etc etc. 可随意把蔬菜泥做成不同大小,烤熟成素肉
*storage: wrap and keep in freezer for 2 weeks.把烤熟了得蔬菜饼包好,可放
在冰格两个星期

Method:
  1. Combine all the above ingredients, shape into desire shapes, bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes. Or alternatively, you may steam the patties and pan seared. 把蔬菜泥做成肉饼状,以180度烤10-15分钟。不烤的话可以蒸熟后再煎香脆。

买了这包很美的十毂米,米的比例较少。里面有莲子,红绿黑豆,意米,糙米,白米,
小米,还有两种。。??

煮之前先把十毂浸过夜,大约8-10小时。
