Ingredients:
(A) Spinach
(B) Vegetable broth
Dried roses (3-5 pcs depending on the size of your dish)
Sea salt
Method:
- Bring the vegetable broth to boil, add in dried roses, simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Add in spinach, cover and simmer until spinach is cooked.
- Seasoned with salt.
- Serve the soup with crushed roses.
