No-bake Vegan Avocado Tart
一道很简单做却不错吃的纯素甜点。
饼皮:
杏仁粒,核桃,腰豆 (烤香切碎)- 共40g
椰丝 (coconut flakes) - 40g
枫糖浆 (maple syrup) - 25g
甜枣 (dates) - 2-3 nos.
椰油 - 20g
馅料:牛油果 + agave syrup
做法:
1. 饼皮:把所有材料放入调料机里搅碎压入模里冷藏。
2. 馅料:把牛油果和糖浆搅拌成泥挤在饼皮上冷藏一小时即可。
