Roti Boy with Noxxa Brad Maker

Nice dough after 1 hour

Sweet Bun Dough:
Milk - 70g
Egg - 2 nos.
Butter - 60g
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Castor Sugar - 3 Tbsp
High Protein Flour - 300g
Instant Yeast - 1 and 1/2 tsp

Function: 10 (dough)

Method:
1. Put all ingredients above follow sequence.
2. Press Bread-10

Divide dough into 60g each 

Wrap in butter filling

Butter Filling:
Unsalted Butter - 100g
Brown Sugar - 20g
Salt - 1g

1. Mix butter (room temperature) together with sugar and salt.  Keep in fridge. 

Rest the dough on baking tray for about 30 minutes. 

 Chocolate Topping

Topping:
Icing Sugar - 55g
Unsalted Butter - 70g
Salt - 1g
Egg - 1 no.
Low Protein Flour - 65g
Cocoa Powder - 6g
Coffee Emulco - ~

Method:
1. Beat butter, icing sugar and salt until fluffy.
2. Gradually add in egg. Combine evenly.
3. Fold in sifted low protein flour and cocoa powder.
4. Mix in coffee emulco.

Pipe the topping on dough. 

Bake at 200C for about 15 minutes. (temperature for reference only).
