Ingredients:
Superfine - 100g
Cocoa Powder - 15g
Baking Powder - 3g
Baking Soda - 1 g
Brown Sugar - 70g
Salt - 1g
Soya Milk (unsweetened)or Water - 160g
Corn Oil - 35g
Orange Rind - 1 number
Method:
- Sift superfine, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda together.
- Add in brown sugar, salt and orange rind.
- Pour in soya milk and corn oil, combine evenly.
- Spoon some batter into small love shape silicone mould or a 6" round cake tin.
- Bake at 180C for 15 minutes for small love shape cake or 25-30 minutes for 6" round cake.
- Melt some white chocolate in microwave or over double boil, add a drop of food coloring, combine evenly. Fill into piping bag. Decorate.

豆浆 (不甜) /水 - 160g
玉米油 - 35g
橙皮 - 1 粒
做法:
- 把低筋面粉,可可粉,泡打粉和小苏打一起过筛。
- 加入黄糖, 盐和橙皮拌匀。
- 倒入豆浆和油搅拌均匀。
- 舀一些面糊进一些小的心形的蛋糕模里或6寸蛋糕模里。
- 以180度烤约15分钟 (小心形蛋糕)或25-30分钟 (6寸蛋糕)至熟。
装饰:
把一些白巧克力隔水溶解,加入一滴事务颜色拌匀均可。
