Ingredients:
Phyllo Pastry - 2 sheets (thawed if frozen)
2 Bananas (sliced)
Shredded Strong Mozzarella Cheese - as desired

Method:
1. Brush phyllo pastry with melted butter, layer by layer.
2. Put sliced banana onto the pastry, sprinkle with shredded cheese.
3. Roll up the pastry.
4. Bake at 190C for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
