Red Yeast Cranberry Korea QQ Bread 红麴蔓越莓韩国QQ面包

QQ inside
(A) Red Yeast                                     1.5 tsp
      Korea QQ bread mix                250g (You can buy this at Baker's Mall Seremban, Kepong & Puchong)
(B) Water                                        175g
      Butter                                          55g
(C) Egg (size A)                                   1 no.
(D) Dried Cranberry                        100g (I used 50g dried cranberries and 50g dates)

1.  Combine (A) and mix well.
2.  Heat up (B) until butter has melted.  Let cool and add in egg.
3.  Mix in (A) mixture and dried fruits (D).  Mix evenly.
4.  Place into mould (any shape of your choice).
5.  Bake at 180C for about 30 minutes until the surface is golden brown and cruncy.

Crusty outside
