Lentil & Eggplant Lasagna
懒惰煮或工作缠身时最好就是早午晚餐一起准备。今天冰箱就只剩下茄子,还有些干粮,于是就煮了这个番茄印度扁豆酱。
Lasagna, 茄子和扁豆酱一层一层放上烤200C烤约40分钟至熟即可。
茄子切片用昆布酱油腌制20分钟。
我买了面煮的lasagna, 直接拿去烤,只要酱料有足够的水分皮就会软。不过我还是先煮一下让它的口感更软。
出炉了。本来想做vegan parmesan,nutritional yeast用完了,只好洒上杏仁粉算了。
午餐。晚餐就拿去烤一烤热再吃。
