Hokkaido Cake Making Class

(2) Pastry Cream

Quick & Easy Japanese Dessert

Date: 25 November 2012 (Sunday)

Time: 3.30pm - 5.30pm

Type: Demo

Fee: RM50 per pax

Participants will learn to make:

(1) Matcha Ice Cream (Green Tea Ice Cream)

(2) Tsubuan (Red Bean Paste)

(3) Dorayaki

Basic Fondant Cake Decoration Class - Elephant Cake
Date: 8 Dec 2012 (Saturday)
Time: 11am-3pm
Type: Hands-on
Fee: RM200 per pax (Inclusive a 6" semi sphere cake, EXCLUDE fondant)
Venue: 12A-3, Jalan PJS 8/11, Dataran Mentari, Bandar Sunway, 46150, Petaling Jaya, Selangor D.E, Malaysia. 

Participants will learn:
(1) Butter Cake (Demo)
(2) Technique to color the fondant
(3) Covering the cake base with fondant
(4) Covering a 6" semi sphere cake with fondant
(5) Decorate the cake to make the above adorable elephant cake

Participants will bring home a 6" elephant cake.

Tools to bring:
(1) 2 Packs of fondant (recommend Pettinice or Satin Ice for better result)
(2) Rolling Pin (Plastic, medium size)
(3) Apron

 *Maximum 8 pax per class    

*Free Bread making demo with Noxxa Bread Machine/Multifunction Oven.  Freshly made bread will be serve as lunch.

Cancellation Policy:Payment must accompany all reservations. Class cancellations are accepted and a credit for other replacement classes will be given if notification is received 7 days prior to scheduled class. If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute in your place. No refund will be given in cash. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the class date are non-refundable. All classes are subject to minimum and maximum enrollments. In the event that Apple Kitchen cancels the class due to instructor illness or minimal enrollment, students will be notified by phone and e-mail. In that event, you may choose to transfer credit to another class or to accept a full refund.
