Easy Mushroom Soup 简易蘑菇浓汤


(A)  Water - 400g
        Tzu Chi Brown Rice Bran Instant Mix - 40g
        Shitake Mushroom - 2 nos
        White Button Mushroom - 2 nos.
(B)   Shitake Mushroom (diced) - 1 no
        White Button Mushroom (diced) - 1 no
(C)  Salt & Black Pepper
(D)  Garnishing: Whipping Cream / Fresh Thyme

1.  Mix watter and brown rice bran instant mix.  Pour into blender.  Blend together with shitake and white button mushroom until smooth.
2.  Cook the above together with diced mushroom until the mushroom is mushroom is cooked and soup is frangrant.
3.  Season with salt and pepper.
4.  Garnish with whipping cream and fresh thyme.  Serve hot with a slice of toasted bread,
