French Toast

Ingredients:

Slices of 2 days old home made green tea bread
2 eggs
Butter
Honey/Golden Syrup/Molasses/Condensed Milk

Method:
1.  Cut crust off of the bread slices.
2.  Whip up the eggs and thoroughly coat the piece of bread.  Don't over soak.
3.  Heat some butter in the pan and pan fried until golden brown.  Some restaurants fried
the french toast but I prefer pan fried as it is less oily.
4.  Serve warm with honey or golden syrup etc.  You may add some butter and dried
cranberries on top for more flavor.
