Ingredients:
(A) Mixed Nuts - hazelnut, cashew nut, almond, macadamia, walnut, pine nut, peanut
(B) Onion (chopped)
Garlic (chopped)
Chili Padi (chopped)
Rosemary
Cooking Oil
Melted Butter
(C) Salt
Black Pepper
Chili Flakes
Method:
2. Saute onion, garlic, chili padi and rosemary with some cooking oil until fragrant. Remove from heat, add into melted butter.
3. Preheat oven to 180C. Mix cashew nuts and almonds, add some rosemary. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
4. Mix other nuts eg. hazelnuts, macadamias, peanuts, pine nuts, walnuts, bake for 10-15 minutes.
5. Mix all nuts, toss with meted butter (2). Seasoned with salt, black pepper and chili flakes. Store in air tight container.

Hi, is that anything can replace melted butter?since butter is not vegan for me...or either grapeseed oil or olive oil replace the cooking oil and the butter?

Yes you can always replaced with other source of oil, I used butter for its flavor only. Remember not too oily ya.
