Phyllo Pizza with Tomatoes, Olive and Basil




This is a light pizza with flaky crust. If you are a fan of thin-crust pizza, don't let this unique one pass you by. Just before serving, small whole basil leaves were strewn over for not only their brilliant flavor, but a striking contrast of color.
