Cupcake Decoration Class
Date: 14 Mac (Saturday) or 21 Mac (Saturday) or 28 Mac (Saturday)
Time: 10.30am - 2.30pm

*participants can bring home 10-12 decorated cupcakes

Basic Cake Making Class 1 - Whole Egg Mixing Method
Date: 10 Mac (Tuesday) or 15 Mac (Sunday)
Time: 10.30am - 1.30pm
Type: Hands-on
Fee: RM120

1) Healthy Banana Muffin
2) Marble Butter Cake

*participants can bring home 10 muffins & 1 marble cake

Basic Cake Making Class 2 - Separated Egg Mixing Method
Date: 17 Mac (Tuesday) or 22 Mac (Sunday)
Time: 10.30am - 1.30pm

1) Orange Chiffon Cake
2) Chocolate Swiss Roll

*participants can bring home one 9" orange chiffon cake & two 6" chocolate roll.

Basic Cake Making Class 3
Date: 24 Mac (Tuesday) or 29 Mac (Sunday)
Time: 10.30am - 3pm
Type: Hands-on
Fees: RM120

1) Chocolate Sponge Cake
2) Ganache
3) Decorate cake with fresh cream

* participants can bring home one 9" banana chocolate cake


Cancellation Policy:Payment must accompany all reservations. Class cancellations are accepted and a credit for other replacement classes will be given if notification is received 7 days prior to scheduled class. If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute in your place. No refund will be given in cash. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the class date are non-refundable. All classes are subject to minimum and maximum enrollments. In the event that Apple Kitchen cancels the class due to instructor illness or minimal enrollment, students will be notified by phone and e-mail. In that event, you may choose to transfer credit to another class or to accept a full refund.
