I would like to find out if the ingredients used in your class are of halal ingredients, i.e. no lard, animal fat/shortening, animal-based gelatine, etc.

Hi Kelvin, sorry for the delay in response.
Our class is rather small, we only take max 6 partipants for hands-on class.
We can always customised the class for you, with minimum 3 participants.
Per pax = per person

Hi UK, all ingredients used in our classes are halal. We never use lard. We use a bit of vege based shortening for this chicken pie.
