Ingredients:
Readymade Puff Pastry (thaw)
Granny Smith Apple (peeled and sliced)
Lemon Juice or Apple Cider Vinegar
Cinnamon Powder
Castor Sugar
Apricot Glaze/Apricot Jam
Red Cherry

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 200ºC.
2. Roll the puff pastry to a sheet, about 2mm in thickness. Cut into round shape with a cutter. Set aside to rest for 15-20 minutes.
3. Squeeze some lemon juice to sliced apple to retain its freshness.

5. Arrange apple slices on pastry puff, sprinkle with some cinnamon sugar.
