Vegan Tiramisu
Ingredients:
Base 饼皮
Hazelnut 榛果 – 50g
Almond Ground 杏仁粉 – 50g
Cocoa Powder 可可粉 – 8g
Hot Water 热水 – 40g
Instant Coffee Powder 即溶咖啡粉 – 2g
Dates 甜枣 – 50g
Filling 内陷:
Cashew Nuts 腰豆 – 200g
Coconut Oil 椰油 – 100g
Maple Syrup 枫糖浆 – 50g
Agave Syrup – 50g
Water 水 – 250g
Nutritional Yeast 营养酵母 – 1 Tbsp
Vanilla Extract 香草精 – 1 tsp
Method 做法:
1.
Toast and chop hazelnut. Mix hot water and instant coffee powder.
把榛果烤箱切碎。把热水和咖啡粉混合搅溶。

Blend all the ingredients of base in food
processor. Press into 6” x 6” paper
lined square baking tin.
把所有饼皮的材料放入调理机理搅拌。压入一个已铺上纸的6“x6”蛋糕模里。
3.
Freeze. 冷藏至硬。
4.
To make filling, blend all the filling in a high
powder food processor. Pour onto
base. Freeze for at least 6 hours or
overnight.
馅料:把所有材料放入调理机里打至顺滑,倒在饼皮上。冷藏芝士6小时。
5.
Remove from freezer, unmould, cut into
square. Sprinkle with cocoa powder
before serving.
从冰箱拿出后脱模切成小正方形,洒上可可粉即可。
